About Us.

Practitioners

Patients are welcome to nominate which practitioner they would like to see. Please just advise reception when you are making your appointment.

Appointments

Consultations are by appointment, to make an appointment to see any of our practitioners, please call (03) 9939 3909. All our practitioners try to keep to appointment times, but sometimes there may be an unavoidable delay. We will endeavour to keep all delays to a minimum. If you require more than one patient to be seen by a practitioner, please advise reception when you are making your appointment. Longer appointments are also available – just let reception know you would like a longer appointment when you book. Emergencies will be given priority.

New Patients

New patients are welcome at Your Health Place Medical Centre. Please feel free to call us on (03) 9939 3909 if you have any questions.

Non-English Speaking Patients

We are a multi-lingual practice, and our practitioners speak many diffrent languages. If you require an interpreter, please advise us at the time of making your appointment and we will try to arrange this for you. You are welcome to attend your appointment with a family member or friend if you feel comfortable with them interpreting for you.

Recall & Reminder System

You will be advised via text, email or phone call when we have received test results for you or it is time to make your next regular appointment, i.e. Pap smear, care plan, etc. If you do not wish to be contacted via text or email please advise us in writing.

Test Results

It is important that you see your practitioner to receive your test results. Please feel free to ring the clinic at any time to see if results have been received. Results are not given out over the phone.
